If you are not satisfied with our hosting plans, you can ask for a refund, within the first 30 days (including non-business days) of your contract and we will give you a full refund of the contract amount.

In case of domain registrations, renewals and/or transfers, clients are not entitled to a refund once the domain registration, renewal and/or transfer has been completed, but there may be circumstances where a refund is deemed necessary - e.g. technical problems where the clients are not getting the service they believed they signed up for.


Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
